The 1st Dan certification program is (payroll deducted) and you may be able to use your Flexible Spending Account, (FSA) or company Wellness Program, (WP), to enroll, at no out of pocket cost to you or your staff. The process will be explained in greater detail during the open enrollment period.

To enroll set an appointment with Dr. Moton at your work site location, and get started. To submit your application, for Black Belt Certification at the above meeting you will need the proper payroll forms to enroll. All payroll deduction students will be certified 1st Dan in 18 months and will have a ceremony at the work site location and receive their belt and certificate. *
